Our lives can be complicated, messy, and create burdens which sometimes feel like too much to bear. But life can also be beautiful, profound, and give us incredible moments of joy. I take my work as a therapist and sharing these moments with you as a deep honor. I'm here to provide a non-judgmental space where we can learn about how your experiences and environment have impacted you, and work towards the future that you envision for yourself!
I love working with people of all ages and have specialized in working with children, youth, and families. A trauma-informed approach is at the core of my work and I love using this lens to better understand our brains, bodies, and relationships. Your values and goals are extremely important to me and something that will always guide our work together.
My husky, books, nature, and my community are just a few of the things I love dearly. I'm really looking forward to meeting you!
Training & Modalities:
I am a trauma-informed therapist, and I strive to tailor my therapeutic style to best assist the client (of any age) with their goals and learning preferences. I enjoy working with kids by teaching therapeutic concepts through fun, age-appropriate activities, as well as educating families to incorporate these skills at home. On the other hand, I enjoy working with adults who would like to navigate their childhood attachment wounds, build emotional intelligence, process through grief work with a diagnosis or loss, find balance with workplace burnout and/or would like to learn healthy relationship skills. Additionally, I enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals who are looking to build their self-esteem and/or executive functioning skills.
While I take more of a soft-approach in the counseling session, I enjoy teaching various skills for you to use in the real world. I desire to display empathy, compassion, and a bit of humor to equip you in reaching your mental health goals. If we sound like a good fit, I look forward to partnering with you to process through life’s joys and challenges.

I believe everyone’s story matters. My passion for people, building relationships, and my own healing journey fuel my love for counseling. Training & Modalities:
Hi there, I am looking forward to getting to know you!
I am honored to hold the stories of those I connect with. I believe that the growth process is not about finding a fresh start, but capitalizing on the things that you are already doing well. Because of this, I get excited to work together to slow down and discover the unique strengths that hold a consistent theme across your story. I see counseling as a collaborative process; I believe in pulling on our creativity to find ways to apply those unique strengths to the goals that we will build throughout the counseling process. It is important to me that you experience being valued, seen, encouraged, and known in our time together. It is my hope to create a safe, encouraging, and gentle space to foster growth and exploration. I look forward to the opportunity to support you along your journey!
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a concentration in clinical and counseling studies, from Colorado State University. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my husband, paddle boarding, and spending intentional time with friends. I also love to tap into creativity by making pottery and other forms of art.
I am looking forward to meeting you!
Training & Modalities:
I believe that, at its best, therapy is a place for us to come alive to our own experience—both the achingly beautiful and seemingly unbearable—with compassion and courage. We are wounded and healed in relationship, and as a therapist it is my profound honor to hear and hold your story, and to walk with you towards whatever goals you want to achieve in the time you share with me. I seek to create a space where you can be deeply heard and fully known without judgment, celebrated and encouraged as you engage with the work of therapy, and challenged and supported as you grow.
I love working with individuals, couples, and families. I approach therapy with a deep concern for personal narrative, the pervasive and multigenerational impact of trauma, the need for the interpersonal construction of meaning, and the healing power of humor. I also appreciate the need for pragmatic solutions—sometimes, we need to address immediate problems before engaging in deeper work. Your goals will always guide the work we do together.
My road—like all roads—has been a winding one. I am a veteran of the U.S. Army and former Combat Medic, hold a bachelor’s from the University of Colorado Denver, and earned my MFA in Creative Writing from Oregon State University. I am currently in my final year pursuing a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. When not practicing therapy, I can be found writing and reading fiction, fumbling around in nature, attempting to perfect a recipe, or trying to make my wife laugh.
Training & Modalities:
I am someone who believes in the power of authenticity with ourselves and the people in our lives. I also believe that healing begins when we feel listened to and understood.
I see therapy as a relationship where we get to explore the parts of you that may feel overwhelmed, isolated, uncertain or disconnected—whether from yourself, loved ones, or your life’s purpose. My goal is to help you gently embrace these vulnerable parts, cultivating self-compassion for meaningful healing and transformation.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado. As part of my education to become a licensed professional counselor, I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, pets, playing pickleball, riding my bicycle and getting outside as much as possible.
Training & Modalities:
I became a therapist because of the profound healing and personal growth I have experienced through my own time in therapy. I believe in the transformative power of slowing down, being fully present, and having someone genuinely attend to the thoughts and emotions that arise from our unique stories. My intention is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful changes that are aligned with your goals and values.
I work with individuals, couples, and families to address challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is largely rooted in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and systems perspectives. However, I understand that each person is unique, and I am committed to tailoring my approach to fit your specific goals and needs. Together, we will explore the dynamics within your relationships and your inner world, recognizing that no problem exists within a vacuum.
While I have taken a few turns in my professional career, my focus has always been on coming alongside people as they seek to discover and develop their distinct identities. I have a particular affinity for working with adolescents. I spent 3 years working with teenagers as a part of a nonprofit mentoring program followed by 8 years teaching middle and high school math. I have always been fascinated by the patterns and themes that shape our lives. Helping others uncover their strengths and find resources to navigate life’s challenges is a passion of mine.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and hiking with my husband and dog, board game nights with friends, and playing the piano.
I look forward to meeting you!
Training and Modalities:
Hi! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern with a heart for helping couples, individuals, and families navigate life’s challenges and grow in meaningful ways. I'm currently working toward my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Abilene Christian University. I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Gonzaga University, where I also had the incredible experience of playing collegiate volleyball. That background taught me the value of trust, resilience, and communication—skills I now help clients strengthen in their relationships and personal lives.
I’m especially passionate about working with couples to help them understand their attachment styles and how these dynamics shape the way they connect and communicate. I believe that when partners are able to feel safe, seen, and heard, the entire family system is strengthened.
I also enjoy working with families to improve connection, address conflict, and navigate life transitions together. Whether it's helping parents and children understand one another better, supporting blended families, or working through relational tension, I approach each family system with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to fostering healthier patterns of interaction.
In addition to relational work, I see individual clients who are exploring personal growth, healing from past experiences, or navigating anxiety, transitions, and identity development. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in systems thinking—I view each person in the context of their relationships, environments, and life experiences.
Outside of therapy, I love living life fully and staying active. Some of my favorite things include horseback riding, snowboarding, boating, traveling, and spending time in the mountains. I also enjoy going to concerts, playing volleyball, and hanging out with my adventure-loving dog, Whiskey.
