Hi, I’m Alayna! I want to start by acknowledging the bravery it takes to make the first step in reaching out for support. I know that opening up about a variety of lived experiences to a new person can be overwhelming. Working from a person-centered, trauma-informed lens, I’m excited to learn about the intersecting identities that make up each unique individual!

I am passionate about working with all ages and helping clients reach their goals in a supportive, non-judgmental space. I tend to integrate a variety of different modalities depending on what fits best with an individual’s needs and goals.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. I recently graduated from Northwestern University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am excited about new experiences and learning opportunities as I work towards full licensure as an LPC.

A few things I love are spending time in nature, traveling to new places, checking out new coffee shops, and spending quality time with family and friends!

An authentic, meaningful connection is a natural human drive. I believe that through deep inner work and emotional healing, we create the space for these connections to thrive. My goal as a counseling intern is to work alongside you to build emotional awareness and resilience that foster safe, healthy relationships. From an attachment theory lens, we will explore the patterns that keep you feeling disconnected. Whether you’re developing your relationship with yourself or nurturing your connection with others, my goal is to help you feel confident and capable of navigating life’s complexities.

I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, where you can show up as you are. I approach each client with curiosity and compassion, valuing each person’s experience as unique and deserving of care. Together, we will explore your emotions, strengthen your sense of self, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels supportive to you.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The College of Charleston and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have previous experience with Applied Behavior Analysis, working with autistic children.

In my free time, I enjoy going to the movies and hanging out with my cats, Pretzel and Cosmo. I also enjoy being social, investing in my friendships, and spending time with my partner!

I look forward to holding space for you!

Our lives can often take unexpected turns that leave us feeling overwhelmed and defeated. Despite this, I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and growth toward a fulfilling future. I believe in the healing power of connection, and I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that cultivates warm, empathetic, and safe relationships for connection to grow. I thrive on hearing people’s stories, as these insights help me understand your unique worldview and experiences. I view therapy as a collaborative journey rooted in respect and genuine connection in order to empower clients to discover their strengths and hopes for their futures.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Neuroscience, and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a background in working with youth with developmental disorders and their families, where I provided individualized support tailored to each person’s needs. My practicum experience at a grief and bereavement center further deepened my understanding of the immense complexities of grief while I focused on facilitating grief support groups to help individuals navigate their losses.

Hi there, I’m Gina! I am a counseling intern who is passionate about being with you on this journey of self discovery. Navigating the complexities and transitions of life can be incredibly difficult as well as powerful, and I am dedicated to supporting you through each stage. My aspirations of becoming a therapist began when I experienced the power of being truly listened to, seen, and supported. This motivated me to explore my own habits and patterns and gain confidence towards building my dream life. I aim to offer that same sense of grounding and authenticity to all of my clients.

At my core, I do not believe we are broken individuals, we are in need of a safe and non judgmental space to explore our thoughts, beliefs, experiences, and emotions. Our therapeutic alliance will be rooted in collaboration and compassion, as this is the foundation to encourage personal growth. By fostering self-awareness, we gain clarity around past limiting beliefs that can be rebuilt into strengths.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently enrolled in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Adams State University. My personal joys consist of traveling, reading books, going to concerts, and taking our puppy to play at the dog park.

Our unique life experiences are what make us remarkable individuals, I am honored to be on this journey with you.-

Training and Modalities:

  • Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT)- in progress

We all experience seasons in life that are more difficult to navigate, when things feel heavier, and hope feels farther away. It is my goal to foster an environment where you can come as you are, feeling truly seen, heard, and encouraged to navigate life’s challenges with self-compassion and resilience. I believe every individual has the capacity for growth and healing, regardless of the pain they have faced. It is a true honor and privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward deeper wellness. I am committed to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client, creating a space where meaningful change can occur. Together, we’ll explore the goals that matter most to you, and I’ll be here to support you as you take the courageous steps toward achieving them.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Substance Use and am currently pursuing a dual Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. I have experience working as an elementary school paraeducator, supporting children with affective needs from kindergarten through 5th grade. I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages, helping them find hope and healing even in the midst of pain. I am looking forward to meeting you!

Hi, I’m Seth. I believe every person has the natural ability to heal, grow, and find meaning from the challenges we each uniquely face in life. As a therapist, my goal is to come alongside you, listen carefully, and then ultimately work to help you forge a more intentional life worth living.

I practice from an integrative and holistic approach, meaning I draw from two-thousand-year-old healing traditions all the way up to the cutting edge of clinical psychotherapy. So, whether you’re looking for practical tools, deeper understanding, or simply the experience of being heard, I try to meet you exactly where you are. Then, and only then, can I help you get where you want to go! In other words, we can work together to shape old patterns into ones that serve you better now and in the future.

I studied Philosophy, Politics, & Economics at UNC-Chapel Hill, then went on to earn a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Nowadays, I mostly enjoy woodworking, sailing, writing, and a variety of other “old-man” hobbies, which you’re always welcome to ask me about.

Hi! I’m Madeleine (she/her). I want to begin by recognizing your bravery in taking the next step in pursuing counseling. I believe deeply in the transformative nature of the therapeutic process, and I am so glad you’re here. I view each session as an invitation to show up as we both are, and to create a therapeutic alliance centered around safety, exploration, and connection. I seek to emulate a trauma-informed, client-centered, and holistic approach to counseling. Each human has a valuable and unique story, and our stories are inherently impacted by a wide variety of factors both in and out of our control. The therapy room provides a safe space to explore together all parts of our stories, and to provide choice and empowerment within them. I believe in the resiliency of every human, and I utilize attachment work, narrative therapy, embodiment, parts work, and self-compassion to tap into that resiliency.

The therapy room is a sacred space, and I feel honored to sit with each client in their journey towards wholeness. I have clinical experience working with clients seeking support with anxiety, depression, spirituality, sexuality, attachment wounds, and self-trust. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health in May of 2024, and I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in English. I am currently working towards my LPC. I love to learn, and consider myself a lifelong learner. I have learned much in my career journey thus far, and am excited to continue learning in this next phase!

I feel most alive going on long walks outside, soaking up the sunshine, reading and learning, appreciating and creating art and music, traveling, and engaging in enriching conversations with those whom I love.
